Once your treatment plan was agreed with the Dentist, we shall provide printed information on your plan. If this plan alters due to clinical or radiographic findings, we shall inform you and discuss this with you. Treatment strategies are valid for net 90 days from your date the treatment was prescribed. Please don't hesitate to ask us, before the appointments for real treatments are made, if there are any points on your treatment plan which you want to query.
Certain treatments necessitate completion of a written consent form. This is before these treatments are completed so that you can clarify the treatment, aftercare and any threat to you personally thoroughly.
A credit account system will not run and we require fees to be settled at the appointment.
Where treatment incurs a laboratory fee, at least 50% of the total fee is due at the appointment where impressions are taken. Fees for particular treatments like Dental Implants and Invisalign are taken at each visit in payments that were staged.
In cases where treatment is paid for on finance through a Finance company, please bear in mind that the finance arrangement signed and must be accepted just before the start of that treatment. If after signing the deal forms you have funded any of the costs of your treatment and want to cancel your treatment, please be aware that the cancellation fee of up to 15% of the total finance amount will be charged.
Pearl Dental Clinic does not accept any payments by cheque.
Fees for treatment where intravenous sedation is included, must be paid before the appointment to prevent fiscal transactions, or signatures being needed, whilst a client remains under the influence of the sedative.
Dream Smile Dental Clinic reserves the right to charge time for reserving appointments that are future based deposits. Deposits are deductible off the price of treatment.
Dream Smile Dental Clinic reserves the right to make a charge for any debt passed to a debt collection agency.
All the fees implemented for any form of Dental treatment at the clinic are based on; the materials used, laboratory costs incurred ( in case that it's appropriate), and the clinical time spent. The fees are nonetheless, shown as treatments prescribed on the treatment plan for your information.
Late cancellation or appointments that are missed:
Dream Smile Dental Clinic reserves the right to charge up to?100 per hour, in the function of a missed appointment or an appointment canceled with less than 24 hours notice.
Late for appointments:

The patient has fully paid for the treatment and does not owe the practice any cash for the treatment received.
Crowns, the Veneers, Lumineers & Implant crowns never have been damaged as a consequence of an accident, injury or excessive grinding.
The patient has followed all post treatment maintenance recommendations made by our dentists.
The patient has attended and routine evaluation every 6 months.

For policy and our full complaints procedure, please ask an associate of our reception team. No tolerance/Maltreatment policy

All clinical notes, digital radio-graphs digital photos etc, remain the property of Dream Smile Dental Clinic. Copies of notes, radiographs and pictures can be made accessible on request, and Dream Smile Dental Clinic reserves the right to charge an administration fee for these.
